If you need emergency medical or surgical assistance, then you should call 911 so that an EMT response ambulance can take you to the hospital as quickly as possible. If you want to be prepared in case you have an emergency so that you know which hospitals, clinics, and health care centers in your area can supply you with the best EMT, testing, ER, and ambulance services, then you will need to know what questions to ask the centers when you contact them for info assistance. When you first contact a medical center, you should ask them if they have an emergency aid response team that uses an ambulance. If they do, then you should make sure the techs who use the ambulances are training to use science tests and equipment to give you emergency health assistance. Having an ambulance team is a big plus for a health center, but you should also make sure that they have enough rooms, techs, health kits, doctors, and surgery rooms to supply you with medical and surgical services if you need immediate response. Getting to the clinic only to find out that they do not have the right equipment means that you cannot get the best services that could save your life. Ask them if they get their equipment and medical products from reliable supply companies. Remember that you will have to find a way to pay for the services that you get before you are released, so ask them if they accept the kind of insurance that you have.
